What these terms cover
Vaal Home Services Fresh operates an online storefront for customer and business orders in selected Vaal and South Johannesburg delivery areas. These terms cover your access to the website, the content shown on it and the order request process started through it.

- Misuse the order process, impersonate another person or provide false delivery details.
- Attempt to interfere with the website, servers, security or related systems.

3. Products
Listings, availability and images
Product listings, quantities, categories, prices and availability can change without notice. Fresh produce is seasonal and supply may vary by day. Images are for general illustration and may not exactly match the delivered item, size, trim, packaging or variety.
The presence of a product on the site does not guarantee that it is in stock when you submit an order request.
4. Acceptance
Order requests and confirmation
Submitting a basket through the website is a request for us to review, not automatic acceptance of a sale. Your order is accepted only once we confirm stock, totals, delivery timing and any necessary changes with you directly, usually on WhatsApp.
We may decline, limit or amend an order request where stock is unavailable, quantities are unreasonable, delivery is not possible, or order details are incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Pricing
Pricing and payment
Website pricing is shown in South African Rand. Because this storefront uses changing market-based stock, final pricing may be updated before the order is confirmed. The amount you must pay is the confirmed total communicated to you before payment.
Payment instructions or a payment reference are sent after confirmation. Unless we agree otherwise, delivery or release of goods may depend on payment being received and confirmed.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms
Delivery is offered only in selected areas. Requested dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed. You are responsible for giving accurate contact details, delivery instructions and access information needed to complete the order.
If a delivery fails because details were incomplete, nobody is available, or access is blocked, we may need to reschedule, adjust charges or cancel the order.
7. Problems
Inspection, issues and returns
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged or materially unsuitable, contact us promptly on the day of delivery with the order reference and supporting details, including photos where practical.
Fresh and perishable goods are handled case by case because condition can change quickly after delivery. Refunds, credits, replacements or re-delivery decisions depend on the nature of the issue, the product type and the information supplied.

Intellectual property, privacy and third-party services
The website design, text, branding, pricing presentation, images and related content belong to Vaal Home Services Fresh or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or exploit that content without prior written permission.
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or maps, and those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Liability
Limitation of liability, updates and governing law
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, website outages, pricing or content errors, delays outside our reasonable control, or stock shortages that prevent fulfilment of an order request.
We may update these terms if the storefront, ordering process, delivery model or legal requirements change. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
